My friend Heather took me to a magical place called Shelbourne Farms. It was a rich person's fantasy of what a farm should be, and now it's 100+ acres are dedicated to education. All the walking paths were designed by some famous landscape architect to 'inspire and refresh the soul with nature'. It really is beautiful, and our hike around this place was probably my favorite Vermont experience.
